In October of 2008, after serving three years as a Naval Officer, I was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. This blog chronicles my pilgrimage through life and towards the Roman Catholic priesthood.

Hey Phil,
Glad to see you've managed to find a way to download the pictures while in Roma.
You're towering over the good Fathers you're visiting!
You're looking good and very much at peace. Still praying for you.
I'm still praying for you every step of the way. Just think of all the blessings that are coming to you. What a trip! God is so good and is sending you everything you need. Elizabeth
What a wonderful trip. Please say one for the English Dominican students, won't you. I continue to pray for you at Holy Mass. God Bless, Br. Daniel Mary

And, of course, Go Army! Beat Navy!
FYI: Phil emailed the photos to me and I happily uploaded them for him. I have asked him to send captions and more photos.
Blessings to all ICNF friends.

MCITL, thanks for your enabling us to continue our virtual pilgrimage with Philip!

Philip -- you are in our prayers.
Jackie -- Go Air Force! Beat Army!
Mary,
HAHAHA!!! But, we can at least agree on the BEAT NAVY! part!
As I've told Phil - if we didn't bust on him - he'd think something was wrong!
And - we can agree on praying for him!
Philip,
How did you get to meet the President of the Pontifical Commision Ecclesia Dei, Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos?
If possible can you ask him when the FSSPX will be regularized and also when the clarifications on Summorum Pontificum will be released?
God bless.
