MRI results

On May 11, I had an MRI which showed that my brain tumor has shrunk "slightly" from the radiation therapy which ended in April. The tumor is about the same size, but is not as dense. It is good news that the radiation did some good, but I still have a long road ahead.

For the next 18 months I will be on a high dose of chemotherapy in an attempt to slow the growth of the tumor, so I ask for your continued prayers.

Please be assured of my prayers for all of you!

Excellent news, finally, Philip!
Definitely the right direction; I'll continue to keep you & Fr. Price in my prayers-pray without ceasing!
We'll have a seminarian on assignment here, also, this summer - another reminder of you, to be sure...

Praying for you, Philip -- along with Fr. Price and Stella Maris.

Asking your prayers in return for my SIL, who's going in for tests this week. Cough w/ some blood in sputum. Thank you, and God bless you!

I will be in prayer for you Philip. If you feel up to it, let me know how the chemo is going. I know that the beginning for me had a lot of big bumps in the road until medication to deal with the side effects was re-worked. Let your docs know whatever you experience - they may be able to mitigate the effects by adjusting meds. You looked great when I saw you at Duke recently. Always good seeing that genuine smile. Punch Father Parkerson in the arm for me. (Just kidding - I wouldn't even dare do that) God bless you dear brother in Christ,
