Pilgrimage to Knock
After leaving Sligo, we went to the small town of Knock where Our Lady appeared in 1879. Beside Our Lady appeared Saint Joseph, Saint John the Evangelist, and a lamb on an altar, representing Our Lord. Statues occupy the site of the apparition:
